We sit down with you and go through it. Keep, donate, toss. What stays gets boxed and put where it belongs. What goes leaves on our truck the same day. No judgment, no lectures. Just help.
Everybody has a room. The basement you can't walk through. The garage that hasn't held a car in years. The spare bedroom that became the place things go to wait. You've meant to deal with it. Then a year goes by.
Sometimes it's more than a room. A parent's house that needs to be emptied. A move to a smaller place where half of what you own won't fit. Thirty years of stuff and no idea where to start.
That's where we come in. Not to tell you what to keep. To work through it with you, make decisions go faster, and physically get the unwanted stuff out of the house before you change your mind. Most people are surprised how much lighter the place feels after one visit.
One room or the whole house. Whether you want to be part of the sorting or just want it handled. A couple of photos help us size the job, but they're not required.
A price based on how much there is and how much of it needs to leave. Hauling is quoted right in with the sorting, so there's no second bill.
We go section by section. You make the calls, we do the lifting. By the end of the visit, what's staying is organized and what's going is gone.
These are the hard ones, and we treat them that way. Going through a parent's house isn't a hauling job. It's a lot of small decisions made on a bad week. We slow down for the things that matter, move fast on the things that don't, and keep an eye out for what shouldn't get tossed: photos, paperwork, jewelry, the stuff that ends up in the wrong box.
When the sorting is done, the rest of it is what we do every day. We haul the leftovers, and if the house is going on the market, we come back for a move-out clean so it's ready for photos.
The big three. Years of things nobody threw away because throwing them away was work. We bring the truck, you bring the decisions, and by the end of the day you can park in the garage again. If you're getting ready for a move, this is the visit that makes the move smaller.
Have a steady stream of stuff that needs to go? Our weekly and monthly trash removal keeps it from piling back up.
Everywhere along the I-70 and I-270 corridor: Hagerstown, Frederick, Walkersville, Mount Airy, Germantown, Rockville, and Martinsburg, WV, plus the towns in between. See all service areas.
For sorting, yes, at least at the start. It's your stuff and your call on what stays. If you'd rather hand us a room and say "everything goes," that's a cleanout, and you don't need to be there for that.
No. We'll ask questions to keep things moving, but the answer is always yours. Plenty of people keep a "decide later" pile. That's fine.
We separate it from the trash and load it for drop-off. Tell us if you have a place you'd like it to go.
A garage or a single room is usually a few hours. A whole house can be a day or more. We'll give you a realistic estimate when we quote it, and we'll tell you if it's going to take a second visit.
Yes. Tell us what you'll need when you call and we'll have it on the truck. If you already have containers, we'll use those.
Call or text Ronda. Describe the room or the pile. You'll have a price and a date in one conversation.
